• Reliable Internet Connection: A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps for both download and upload is essential to provide a seamless learning experience for students.
• High-Quality Equipment : Teachers must have a proper quality camera for clear video communication, along with good background and lighting to maintain professionalism during classes.
• Power and Wi-Fi Backup : In case of power outages, a reliable Wi-Fi and power backup is necessary to avoid interruptions and ensure continuity in classes.
• Adaptability to Art Gharana’s Syllabus: Teachers should be open to adopting Art Gharana’s structured syllabus, ensuring consistency in teaching methods across the platform.
• Language Proficiency : Fluency in English is mandatory for effective communication. Proficiency in more than two Indian languages is preferable and appreciated.
